Production Charges

Ads are sold on a camera-ready basis; however, Square Dancing Today will provide simple "make-ready" design services at no additional charge. Square Dancing Today can also provide more extensive photography and graphic design services at discounted rates.

Color Charges

Four Color Process - billed as listed. Each PMS Color or Metallic Ink add $450.

Placement Requests

Square Dancing Today will honor position requests when possible. However, these requests cannot customarily be sold or guaranteed - with the exception of the full color outside back, inside front and inside back cover pages. Specific Square Dancing Today section requests can usually be obliged, based on availability.

Special position requires 15% surcharge. Special position available for special sections, pages 1-15, and inside back cover. Back cover billed as priced on the current rate card.

Custom Inserts

Reprints

Reprints of your full-color advertisement or of copy pages inside Square Dancing Today quoted upon request. We offer the most competitive pricing nationwide on full-color printing, from high quality traditional offset, to the newest digital pass reproduction. Call for a custom quote.

Regulations

All contract and copy regulations on reverse of the Advertising Insertion Schedule apply to any and all advertising placed in Square Dancing Today.

Terms & Conditions

All payment for advertising is required at the time of space reservation and prior to publication, unless other arrangements have been made. To take advantage of contract rates, the full amount of the contract must be pre-paid, again, unless other arrangements have been made.

Square Dancing Today reserves the right to refuse advertising space, based on availability and/or content.

Copy Errors & Liability

All ad proofs must be approved before printing. However, any error that is the fault of Square Dancing Today will be "compensated" by a complimentary ad in the following issue. The size of in-kind re-runs for errors cannot exceed that of the original ad.
